Biography:

Simon has started for Eunice since the middle of his freshman year, and has been the Bobcats’ leading receiver every year he’s been in their Wing-T offense.

As a junior, Simon caught 22 passes for 337 yards with five touchdowns. He also picked off five passes and logged 75 tackles from his cornerback spot.
